End user payments and compliance with the EC package tour regulations are the responsibility of the operator or organiser. Greatdays are members of BAWTA (British Association of Wholesale Tour Agents) and operate under a strict code of conduct with standard hotel and customer terms to protect your interests.

All payments are financially protected via a BAWTA approved trust account held by Barclays Bank plc.
