Group Travel Tour Operator and DMC for Cardiff and Bristol
Contemporary Cardiff and Brand New Bristol
On this tour we dip our toes into England and Wales as we discover attractions in Bristol and Cardiff. Based at four star hotel Coldra Court in Newport we will travel into Cardiff for a guided tour of the Millennium Centre. This is followed by the Royal Mint Experience, located just 20 minutes outside of Cardiff. In Bristol our day ‘takes off’ at the Aerospace, home of the last Concorde, after which we visit the new ‘Being Brunel’ museum at Brunel SS Great Britain, to experience what life was like for the Victorian passengers and crew, and the oldest Methodist building in the world, the New Room.

The Royal Mint and Wales Millennium Centre
A morning coach tour of Cardiff city centre brings you to Cardiff Bay, one of Europe’s biggest waterfront developments. We’ve arranged a guided walking tour behind-the-scenes at the magnificent Wales Millennium Centre. Discover the secrets of this landmark building, find out what lies beneath the mystical inscription and see one of the biggest stages in Britain. In the afternoon we head to the new Royal Mint Experience to see how more than two billion coins from the UK and across the world are produced each year. The visit includes a guided factory tour and free time in the interactive exhibition.
Today we discover Bristol’s innovation both past and present. At the newly opened Aerospace Bristol, home of the last Concorde, we’ll discover Bristol’s aviation heritage and its worldwide importance. This is followed by a visit to the ship that changed the world, Brunel’s SS Great Britain. Visitors can experience what life was like for the ship’s Victorian passengers and crew. You can also learn more about the man himself at the brand new ‘Being Brunel’ Museum, which opened in April 2018. As well as being the birthplace of ground-breaking engineering marvels, Bristol was the birthplace of Methodism. The New Room and John Wesley’s Chapel recently opened its fascinating new museum and visitor experience. Discover the oldest Methodist building in the world and visit the hands-on museum telling the story of the Wesley’s and their work in Bristol and beyond.
