In the castle estate of Alden Biesen, in Bilzen, Belgium, a floral utopia is coming in September 2021. Celebrating their silver jubilee, Fleuramour will unleash fantasy-like realm of natural wonders and beauty consisting of over 150,000 flowers. You will be able to enjoy a beautiful ‘floral show’ and a cosy pop-up market. Whilst here, you won’t know where to look first. Romantic roses, graceful lilies and 100 other flower varieties, processed in hundreds of unique flower creations from lovely small to insanely large, find a way to your heart showcasing the magical work of some of the world’s most impressive flower artists.
Year after year, the Fleuramour Pop-Up Market has become bigger and bigger so that it has become an attraction in his own right. The market leads you along a hundred stalls selling the most beautiful and delicious merchandise. From jewellery and textiles to home decoration and green materials to yummy delicacies. The intoxicating aura of the event will be an experience not to miss! Furthermore, let the flowers, music and light overwhelm you during the illustrious Floral Show. A series of delighted oohs and wows will be set off once the models put on their most beautiful floral outfit.

Suggested Itinerary by Coach
Depart the UK
Head to Folkstone for your tunnel crossing to Calais. Then travel to your hotel in Valkenburg in the Netherlands. Upon arrival, enjoy an evening meal and perhaps take a stroll around to the lovely city of Valkenburg.
Full day at Fleuramour
Following breakfast take the short coach journey to The Commanderie d’Alden Biesen in Bilzen for the ‘Fleuramour’ event. At the end of the day board the coach after a day full of Floral wonder and magic and return to the hotel for an evening meal.
The southernmost city in the Netherlands, Maastricht is also known as the ‘Paris of the Benelux’. Enjoy an optional guided walking tour which will show you around the prettiest parts of the old city centre. You will see the Stokstraat Quarter, the Basilica of Our Lady, the Ramparts and the parks plus much more. Perhaps take some time out to explore the network of underground passageways and vaults beneath the city. This is where a large number of the Netherlands’ treasured artworks were safeguarded during World War II. In the afternoon, we enjoy a sightseeing river cruise for an alternative view of the city.
Return to the UK
It is time to depart Valkenburg. Board your coach and travel back to Calais for your tunnel crossing to Folkstone.
Three Countries, Aachen and the Eiffel Mountains
Why not stay an extra day and enjoy an excursion to the three countries ‘meeting point’, where Belgium, Holland and Germany come together. Continue to Aachen and enjoy some free time exploring the great old town and its cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Moving on, we drive through the stunning scenery of the Eiffel Mountains on our way to the picturesque village of Monschau. We spend some free time exploring this town, famous for its half-timbered buildings overlooked by a medieval castle, before returning to Valkenburg.

Located only two minutes walk to the town centre, on the banks of the River Geul this highly recommended hotel has coach parking close by. The hotel has a lift, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, sauna and solarium. Rooms have en-suite facilities, TV, hairdryer and telephone.
