Join us for a Sunday night revisiting some of your favourite artists and songs from the 1960s.
This 1960’s themed entertainment break is certain to lighten you up and leave you feeling relaxed and joyous. Included is an overnight stay in the heart of the North West and a full night’s entertainment provided by a fantastic Greatdays duo and a three-course meal! Fancy dress is not compulsory but is greatly encouraged!
The next day there is the option to further indulge in the music of the 1960s with a trip to Liverpool, a city recently named the new UNESCO City of Music due to its musical heritage and the role music plays in the city’s culture and economy. Continue the party and celebrate this rich musical history with visits to The Beatles Story and the new British Music Experience.

Sunday: Travel to hotel, dinner and 1960’s show
Arrive at the hotel during the afternoon. Why not take advantage of the hotel’s leisure facilities. This evening, get ready for an evening of 1960’s nostalgia and songs by our talented entertainment duo. Our talented entertainment duo will take you back to the Swinging ’60s, performing some of your favourite tunes. Listen, sing along or get up to rock‘n roll.
6.30pm: Three course dinner followed by tea or coffee.
8.00pm: Enjoy the first half of the 1960’s entertainment.
9.15pm: Enjoy the second half of the 1960’s entertainment.
10.00pm: A selection of 1960s dance tunes (30 minutes).
Monday: Continue the party as you enjoy a free day in Liverpool, the home of Sixties music memorabilia!
Visit the fantastic heritage waterfront of the Albert Dock, which is home to the new Museum of Liverpool, the Merseyside Maritime Museum and the Tate Liverpool, the largest gallery of modern and contemporary art in England outside London

The Beatles Story is an award-winning interactive exhibition that takes you on an atmospheric journey into the life, times, culture and music of The Beatles. It reveals how four young lads from Liverpool were propelled to the dizzy heights of worldwide fame and fortune to become the greatest band of all time.
Visit the British Music Experience located in Liverpool’s historic Cunard Building. Take a trip through music history set against a social and political backdrop. We start our journey in 1945 with skiffle and rock and roll then progress to Swinging London and the Psychedelia of the 1960s. This is followed by Glam rock, Punk and New Romanticism of the ’70s and ’80s, before ending in the 1990s and Cool Britannia. Return home with a skip in your step and a song in your heart.
