Day 1

Travel to hotel.

Arrive in London where your afternoon and evening are at your leisure. You can begin your musical experience with dinner at the Hard Rock Café whilst being star struck with memorabilia around the walls (additional charge).

Day 2

A Musical Experience.

Meet your guide, and begin with a delightful drive through some of London’s most exclusive neighbourhoods. Your first stop will be Chelsea and the famous King’s Road, birthplace of the Mods, Rockers, Teddy Boys, 60’s Hippies and 70’s Punk Rock! You’ll see where the ‘Clockwork Orange’ Milky Bar café was filmed, where Mick Jagger couldn’t always ‘get what he wanted’ and where the hippies bought their ‘gear’. Also, you’ll see the birthplace of the Rolling Stones, the Sex Pistols and Queen. Pass the Royal Albert Hall, where a multitude of stars have played. Continue to Kew, Richmond and Twickenham. Here you’ll see sites connected with the birth of the legendary ‘R n B’ band The Yardbirds and where the Rolling Stones and The Who made their big impact.
Enjoy a two course lunch with tea and coffee where The Beatles shot one of the scenes in ‘Hard Day’s Night’. Take a look at images from the film dotted around the walls. After lunch your guide will point out sites associated with The Who, a band famed for their wild ways. Your next stop will be the famed EMI Studios, better known as Abbey Road. Return to your hotel and your evening is free – how about a trip to the theatre?

Day 3

Return home.

After breakfast, maybe a bit of last minute sightseeing before starting your journey home.
