There is so much to explore in North Yorkshire. On your doorstep is Scarborough, North Yorkshire’s most popular seaside resort. There is also the neighbouring town of Whitby, famous for it’s connections to Dracula and Captain Hook. Included in this tour is a visit to Castle Howard. Christmas is the perfect time to visit Castle Howard: the theatrical splendour of the House is enhanced by lavish decorations, based around a festive theme.
Although the weather may be chilly, this super Scarborough Turkey and Tinsel has many special inclusions to guarantee a cosy and comfortable Christmas break.

Day 1
Christmas Eve
Travel to Scarborough and arrive at the hotel where we will be greeted with a welcome drink.
Your 3 course dinner this evening will be followed by live entertainment. From 9pm-10pm drinks will be one one get one free!
Day 2
Scarborough and Christmas Day
After a leisurely breakfast, why not explore Scarborough or travel along the coast to Filey. Return to the hotel for the afternoon quiz and a gift from Santa. From 3-4pm, drinks will be buy one get one free!
This evening we enjoy a candle lit Christmas dinner with a complimentary glass of wine, followed by live entertainment.
Day 3
Castle Howard and Boxing Day
This morning why not take the opportunity to magnificent stately home Castle Howard. Step into an enchanted world as we take a free-flowing walk through the beautifully decorated house, and visit the gift emporium.
Return to the hotel for the afternoon quiz. From 3-4pm, drinks will be buy one get one free!
This evening we enjoy a 3 course dinner, followed by live entertainment with a buy one get one free bar offer from 9-10pm!
Day 4
Whitby and New Year’s Eve Party
After breakfast, perhaps travel to Whitby, with its connections to Captain Cook and Dracula, quirky narrow streets and bustling harbour overlooked by the striking Gothic ruins of Whitby Abbey.
Return to the hotel for the afternoon quiz. From 3-4pm, drinks will be buy one get one free!
This evening we enjoy a New Year celebration dinner, followed by live entertainment with a buy one get one free bar offer from 9-10pm!
Day 5
Return home
After a leisurely English breakfast start our journey home.
