Wine & Rhine – Traditional Rhine Valley
A value break to the beautiful Rhine Valley
With its fairytale castles, terraced vineyards and picturesque villages, the Rhine Valley is one of the most popular regions in the whole of Germany. During this tour there are visits to Rüdesheim, Boppard, St. Goar, and Mainz.
The warm feeling of staying in a delightful, friendly and welcoming family-run hotel is especially wonderful. Enjoy 3 course dinners in a cosy atmosphere each evening. Furthermore, you will also enjoy some special extras including a wine tasting and an evening of live music. If your group has other requests, just let us know and we’ll see what we can arrange!
Vineyards, castles and charming cobblestone towns
Visit one of the Rhine Valley’s most famous little towns – Rüdesheim. Stroll through the cobbled streets of gabled buildings to Drosselgasse, a lively street with bars, cafes and restaurants. Boppard is equally charming but slightly larger, and makes an excellent day trip. One of the Rhine Valley’s most picturesque towns, the lovely promenade runs right alongside the river. Another wonderful place to visit is the 12th century monastery in Eberbach. This beautiful building has an interesting past and has also served as a film set. Uncover its past on a tour and enjoy a tasting of local Riesling wines.
