Location: Modern newly built hotel, situated in the City Centre, and within a few minute’s walk of the Royal Mile and Waverley Station. The Castle is around 10 minutes walk away. There are shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Hotel Facilities: Open plan restaurant; lounge areas and bar. There is lift access to all 7 floors. The corridors have flat access. There is free Wi-Fi available in the hotel. Owing to the City Centre location, there may be outside noise.
Room Facilities: The 259 modern and functional bedrooms are en-suite bathrooms are compact and with shower. Floors are mostly wooden. There are tea and coffee making facilities; Flat-screen TV and Hairdryer. Wardrobes are open. There are adapted rooms available.
Useful information: Pick up and drop off outside the hotel is allowed, though there is no on-site parking.

Location: Ideally located in the centre of Perth, the hotel is located close to the main pedestrianised area of town, and is a short stroll to the River Tay.
Hotel facilities: Lounge area, bar, restaurant. Lift to all floors
Room facilities: En-suite bathrooms; TV; tea & coffee making facilities.
Useful information: There is no coach parking at the hotel this is a 10 minute walk away, but there is a drop off and pick up point outside.

Useful information: The hotel has free on-site parking. The hotel does not have a lift but it does have ground floor bedrooms.

Useful information: there is no coach parking at the hotel, but there is a lay-by for drop off and pick up. This hotel has a lift to all floors.
