Long after most seaside resorts have gone into hibernation, the Illuminations in Blackpool certainly keep the magic alive.
Blackpool is the seaside town that is still buzzing with excitement and laughter! At 10 kilometres long, using over one million bulbs, the Blackpool Illuminations are an awesome spectacle. They consist of almost every kind of light display, lasers, neon, light bulbs, fibre optics, searchlights and floodlighting making this a must see event. You will be taken on a magical journey through Blackpool’s famous spectacle in the comfort of a tram.

Day 1
Travel to Blackpool, Dinner and a Tram ride
Arrive at the hotel and relax. You will enjoy a 3 course dinner in the hotel restaurant, before walking across the road, and to board your tram. You will then be taken on a magical journey through Blackpool’s famous spectacle. Experience lasers, neon, floodlights and searchlights from the comfort of the tram. The trip will last for approximately 1 hour before the tram returns you to the hotel, and maybe a nightcap in the bar.
Day 2
A free day to enjoy the local attractions or coastal scenery
After a full English buffet style breakfast, why not visit one of Blackpool’s many attractions before returning home after an enjoyable stay.

Imperial Hotel Blackpool
Described as the ‘All Singing, All Dancing’ Iconic Seafront Destination, the Imperial Hotel first opened in 1867 and combines original character with modern comforts. There is an array of beautiful function rooms with high ceilings and Victorian features where breakfast and dinner are served. The No. 10 bar is a lovely nod to the plethora of Prime Ministers and politicians who have made history there! A terrace at the front of the hotel with views over the Irish Sea is the perfect spot for a cocktail or glass of wine at sundown. The hotel has live entertainment every night.
