NEW TOUR
As Spring time will be upon us why not walk through the beautiful planting and landscaping at RHS Bridgewater and learn about the Wedgwood story. On this discovery tour, we travel to Cheshire to stay in the striking grade II listed country house De Vere Cranage Estate set in impressive grounds.

Day 1
Travel to your hotel
Arrive at your hotel in the afternoon with time to relax before dinner.
Day 2
Spend time at RHS Bridgewater
We visit RHS Bridgewater with free time to explore the gardens.
RHS Bridgewater was once home to Worsley New Hall, a Victorian Mansion surrounded by formal gardens and Woodlands. The Hall became a Red Cross Hospital during the First World war, and then sadly fell into decline. The RHS took over in 2017 and transformed the site into a world-class garden.
The plants at RHS Bridgewater evolve each season but Spring time is when the flower beds awaken with blooming bulbs. Colour is everywhere! Striking architectural planting alongside world class horticulture makes for an immersive visit.
Day 3
World of Wedgwood visit and return home
Before travelling home we visit the award-winning World of Wedgwood, a unique visitor experience celebrating the very best of British industrial and design heritage. A 45 minute guided factory tour reveals the processes behind quality ceramic production followed by free time to visit the Wedgwood Museum that traces more than 250 years of ground-breaking design and production and Josiah Wedgwood’s lasting influence on industry and society.
