Accessibility in the Disney® Hotels
All Disney® hotels have adapted rooms available* to help make a comforting stay for all. The free Disneyland® Paris shuttles which takes you from the Disney® hotel to the parks are wheelchair accessible and there is also reserved seating for guests with disabilities. Please note, electric mobility scooters are not allowed.
*Adapted rooms need to be pre-booked to prevent disappointment
As well as the medical facilities Disney® themselves can offer, further equipment such as medical hoists, oxygen, commode chair, ect can also be hired through ourselves for the duration of your stay.
Accessibility in the Disney® Hotels
- Kits for Guests who are deaf or hearing impaired are available upon request when booking your stay or at the Reception of your Disney® Hotel
- Big button telephones for visually impaired Guests are available upon request when booking your stay or at the Reception of your Disney® Hotel
- Specially adapted bath seats can be provided upon request to enable mobility impaired Guests to bathe unassisted
- Certain Disney® Hotels are equipped with specially adapted showers for mobility impaired Guests
- Many of our rooms are specially adapted for wheelchair users
- Welcome kits for guide and assistance dogs
- Pool hoists can be provided to allow mobility impaired Guests to access our pools more easily (subject to availability)
