Enjoy this perfect short-break getaway to Holland with departures from Hull to Rotterdam (P&O Ferries), Newcastle to Amsterdam (DFDS Seaways) and Harwich to the Hook of Holland (Stena Line) – the choice is yours as the city is easily accessible from any of these Dutch ports. Enjoy many of the on-board facilities that the cruise ferries have to offer, including en-suite cabin accommodation, eateries, cafes, restaurants, bars and some even have entertainment. Meals on board the ferry for groups (breakfast and dinner packages) can be arranged in advance. This tour includes a full day ashore for sightseeing. We can also arrange group meals in local restaurants in Amsterdam.
Amsterdam is a firm favourite at any time of year, a city of canals and world famous museums such as the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Ann Frank’s House or the Heineken Brewery to mention but a few. With its picturesque canal network, rich history and thrumming cultural scene, the capital of the Netherlands is one of the world’s most vibrant cities.

Day 1
Cruise from UK to Holland
Travel to Hull for mid-afternoon check-in and embark on your relaxing cruise ferry for the overnight sailing to Holland. Enjoy many of the on board facilities including a buffet dinner before retiring to your cabin.
Day 2
Full Day Amsterdam
Disembark after breakfast and take a leisurely drive to Amsterdam, the city of canals. A audio guided canal tour of the city is included before the rest of the day is free to explore. Maybe visit a diamond factory, the Heineken Brewery, Van Gogh or Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank’s House – there is so much to choose from. Stroll through the winding streets and along the canals and stop for a drink in one of the many canal-side cafes or bars or shop for souvenirs.
Board the coach for the journey back to Rotterdam port for the early evening departure, and embark on the cruise ferry for the overnight sailing to the UK, once again enjoying many of the on board facilities and an included buffet dinner.

Day 3
Arrive UK
Disembark after breakfast on board and continue on your journey home.
