Welsh Wonders!

Sarah and Katharine from UK Operations had a wonderful trip to Wales where we experienced both blazing sunshine and misty mornings. We visited many Welsh Wonders, including Abbey Cwm Hir. Here we enjoyed a guided tour by owner Paul around the combination of gothic architecture, stunning interiors and also fascinating collections. That evening we stayed at The Metropole, the genteel family owned hotel in Llandrindod Wells where we sampled the exceptionally tasty group menu. We also enjoyed overnights in the bustling cities of Swansea and Cardiff, at the Mercure and Clayton hotel respectively. We enjoyed seeing the wealth of accommodation for groups that both cities has to offer. Other highlights included a trip to the picturesque coastal town on Tenby and learning all about whisky at Penderyn Distillery.
