For the 2024 Christmas Season our entertainment duo will bring you ‘Magic of Motown Christmas Show Party & Lunch

Our two talented entertainers will perform some of Motown’s best-known hits that are sure to get you singing along or even up on the dance-floor. For those wishing to dress to impress, we would love to see some 60’s and 70’s inspired fashion! Take your chance on the popular Greatdays’ Charity Raffle and enjoy a three-course festive meal at one of our fabulous four star venues (set menus apply at all venues). So come along and enjoy the uplifting sounds of this soulful era.

Doors open.

10.30am

Arrive for tea/coffee and mince pies.

11.00am

Our entertainers will lead the singing for a Christmas Carol sing-along.

11.30am

The entertainment begins followed by a fun quiz.

12.30pm

Enjoy a delicious three-course festive set-menu lunch.

2.00pm

Charity raffle draw and a prize for the best dressed guest!

2.15pm

Back to the dance floor or relax at your table for the second half of the show.

Set in 11 acres of grounds, 8 miles from Heathrow, Holiday Inn London-Shepperton is close to the River Thames in a peaceful location. The hotel is close to both the M3 & M25 Motorways. The hotel offers free onsite car & coach parking.

Please note for all bookings made before the 31st May a non refundable deposit of £10 per head will be required to secure all bookings. Any bookings from the 1st June 2024 will require payment in full. Cancellation deadline will be 6 weeks before travel. Final numbers is 8 weeks before travel and balance payment will be 6 weeks before travel. We reserve the right to release any bookings, where deposits due are not received by the date requested.

1 free place with 29 paying passengers. Price excludes coach hire. If you want to extend this tour to include overnight accommodation, we will be only too pleased to provide a quotation. Dates are subject to availability and can change without notice. CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT OF BALANCE Should any of your group members need to cancel after payment of your balance, you can replace them with another person. Any cancellations advised between 6 and 4 weeks prior to the event, we will issue a Future Travel Voucher in the name of the group which can be used towards any new booking Greatdays Holidays booked within 12 months of issue. Cancellations after 4 weeks will be charged in full. ADDITIONAL PERSONS After final numbers have been advise & payment has been made, you can add additional guests to your group (subject to available space at the venue) and we will send a final invoice for any additional people 21 days before the show and we will then require immediate payment. MINIMUM NUMBERS All our events require a minimum number of people to operate successfully. At the end of May, numbers will be reviewed, and in the unlikely event that we do not achieve minimum numbers for your date, we may ask you to change to another date at the same venue. Should the alternative date not be acceptable a refund will be made for any monies paid. MENU CHOICES We will confirm details of the menu for the day 12 weeks prior to the event but it will be a Festive theme. At this time we will ask the group to pre-select their menu choice and advise any special dietary requests so we can check with the venue that they can be accommodated.
