Our Rose of Tralee and Killarney tour is a must. Base yourself in the attractive towns of Tralee or Killarney, located in the beautiful green County of Kerry. You have the chance to explore the highlights of Kerry and further afield!

Your first day will begin with a visit to one of Ireland’s most beautiful harbour towns, Dingle. Visit some of the sites of Dingle before driving along the Dingle Peninsula to witness breathtaking views along Ireland’s most western point. You may even have the chance to spot the famous Dingle dolphin – Fungie!  Journey on to the town of Tralee, where the afternoon is at your leisure to explore this bustling town. There is plenty to see and do in Tralee,  from shopping to the Kerry museum and an aquadome!

Your second morning is at leisure in the vibrant Killarney town. This bustling little town oozes traditional Irish charm and is the perfect place for picking up gifts. In the afternoon, travel to Killarney National Park where you will find Muckross House and Gardens. Features of Muckross Gardens include a fine collection of Rhododendrons and a Sunken Garden. Don’t miss the magical Torc Waterfall or why not hop on a horse-drawn Jaunting Car?

On your third day you will travel the short distance to Listowel and take a ride on the Lartigue monorail, the only monorail in the world of its type, which first opened in 1888. Then travel up to Foynes to visit the incredible Flying Boat & Maritime Museum, where you will see the world’s only full size B314 replica flying boat and hear the nostalgic stories from the era 1937-1945. Your day is completed with a visit to the quaint village of Adare with its cute thatched roof cottages.

Tralee and Killarney are two of County Kerry’s gems, giving you a taste of a more traditional Ireland.
