Suggested Itinerary
Day 1
Paris
Embark in Paris and meet the crew over a welcome drink in the lounge. After dinner in the on board restaurant, enjoy an evening of entertainment with a Parisian theme. The ship sets sail overnight.
Day 2
Les Andelys
Spend the morning cruising with a magnificent view of the Roche Guyon. Arrive in Les Andelys in the early afternoon. There you can participate in an option excursion to the renaissance château de Martainville which houses a collection of Norman art.
Day 3
Honfleur
Join the optional excursion to Pont l‘Evêque in the morning, and take a guided tour of the Norman city, visiting the gardens of the former convent. Enjoy a tasting of the local cheese before returning to Honfleur for a guided walking tour. In the afternoon, choose to join the optional excursion to the chalk cliffs of the Alabaster Coast for a stroll and a Benedictine liqueur tasting.
Alternatively, you may be able to join a whole day tour to the D-day landing beaches of Normandy.
Day 4
Honfleur – Rouen
Today, the optional morning excursion along the abbey trail, discovering the abbey of Saint-Wandrille and one of France’s most beautiful abbeys in the town of Jumièges. After lunch on board, you can opt to learn more about Rouen, a city with a turbulent history.
Day 5
Rouen – Paris
During a morning of cruising, sail past Poissy, Conflans Sainte Honorine and Chatou – a town which is important in the history of impressionism. Entering Paris, admire the concrete and glass architecture of the ultra-modern district La Défense. Why not join a panoramic tour of Paris and see the sights? Dependant on the water level, tonight cruise Paris by night.
Day 6
Disembark in Paris
Your journey ends back in Paris. Disembark at around 9.00am.
