• Location: Situated on Eastbourne Seafront, just a few minutes flat walk from the pier and 5 minutes walk from the Town Centre and main shopping area.
• Hotel Facilities: Restaurant and bar both with sea views. There is also an outdoor terrace area which can be enjoyed in good weather. There is a lift to all floors. The corridors have flat access. There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool.
• Room Facilities: The 80 bedrooms are en-suite bathrooms with a mixture of bath and shower over and some with shower only. The hotel does offer some rooms on the ground floor. There are tea and coffee making facilities; Flat-screen TV and Hairdryer. Rooms at the front of the hotel offer sea views. There are adapted rooms available.
• Useful information: There is no onsite coach parking however drop off and pick up outside the hotel is possible. Coach parking is available at the Queens Hotel or at the Bus station ( charges payable).
